Lunch with a view! A spot for a cold drink and to escape an hour of slow birding during the midday heat won't easily get better.

I was fortunate to have the chance of photographing the Chocolate Hills from the air. The red arrow points exactly to the very viewpoint  my previous 2 pictures where taken from. Photo taken in the late afternoon as you can see the “Bohol boobs” leave long shades in the landscape.

The Bats of Subic Bay return to roost in the morning. They're so numerous that the trees used really suffer and end up leafless.
